We guide you through the materials and finishes available for your home, helping you coordinate your choices. Options depend on the floor plan and construction stage, so we’ll explain which selections are open to you and which are already in place.

Our team coordinates construction and checks the work from framing through final finishes, including the details behind the walls. We keep you informed about progress, schedule changes, and any upcoming decisions.

A FINAL WALKTHROUGH
Before closing, we walk through your home together, demonstrate its features and systems, and explain how to care for them. We also review any remaining finishing items and how they’ll be addressed, with time for your questions.

We help you prepare for closing and explain what to expect when it’s time to receive your keys. You’ll have the information you need to settle in, along with clear direction on whom to contact for questions or service.
