KNOTTS CUSTOM HOMES
A Home Entirely Your Own.
Your Land. Your Vision.
Every Detail Considered.a
Built around your vision
from the beginning.
We take on a limited number of custom homes each year by design, giving our team the time to stay close to the work, think ahead, and give every detail the attention it deserves.
More than seventy-five years of combined experience informs the way we build. The fundamentals haven’t changed: sound judgment, honest communication, careful craftsmanship, and knowing when something can be done better.
But no Knotts custom home is tied to a formula. Each one responds to its setting, its architecture, and the way its owners want to live, creating something distinctly of its time and built to endure well beyond it.

Start the Conversation
We begin by listening: how you live, what matters to you, and what you envision for your home. Together, we consider your homesite, priorities, and budget to establish a thoughtful plan for what comes next.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS
Jeanne M.
Working with Knotts Builders was excellent from start to finish. They listened, communicated clearly, and brought thoughtful solutions that made the final result better than we imagined.
The craftsmanship is outstanding, the process was smooth, and timelines were respected. Beyond all that, they're just great people. I'd recommend them without hesitation.
