The Steele Creek Library is 4 miles from Derby Farm on NC160. There is no neighborhood amenity but we recommend the Palisades Country Club which offers golf, tennis, pool (& swim team) as wall as a fitness facility.

Derby Farm is currently served by Palisades Park Elementary, Southwest Middle schools and Palisades High School next to Palisades Park Elementary. Palisades Episcopal School (JK-8) is 2 miles from Derby Farm.

DIRECTIONS: From Uptown Charlotte, take Interstate 77 south to the Carowinds Exit. Take a right and then make a left onto NC49 / York Rd/ S. Tryon. Make a left at Youngblood Rd, and travel 2.2 miles. Make a left onto Mckee Road. The Model home will be on your left.

From I-485 take Exit 1 onto S. Tyron St and head southwest. Make a left onto Youngblood Rd. travel 2.2 miles and make a left on McKee Rd. The model home will be on your left.
